Quite often family members are from out of town and don't know who to turn to when the family member passes away or goes into a nursing home, so rather than dealing with the material contents of the home it is often thrown to the curb. This understandable considering the emotional stress family members are already going through. If this sounds like you or a family member, please contact us! But please remember do not throw anything out.
Due to the volume of e-mail and requests we can not do appraisals. However, if you need an appraisal done please feel free to contact us and we will get you in touch with the appropriate person. Please remember that an appraiser does charge a fee for his/her services, just like any other professional.
